Landscape & Corporate Solutions Sales Manager

Full Time, Permanent


Position Summary


Reporting to the Vice President of Garden Centre Operations, the Landscape & Corporate Solutions Sales Manager will be responsible to articulate channel growth strategies for our Corporate Solutions Department and our At Home Landscape Design Services. 


Our Corporate Solutions business is rapidly growing. We are currently working with a range of clients including Corporate Offices, Restaurants, Home Builders, Government Agencies, and Event Planners on an array of projects, including: corporate urns and containers for all seasons, landscaping and garden bed design, interior landscaping with tropical plants, and Christmas tree setup and decorating.


Our goal is to integrate our expanded Corporate Solutions Department with our At Home Landscape Design Services to grow these sectors of our business to meet its potential and provide aligned services for our clients. Our ‘At Home Landscape Design’ channel provides robust solutions for homeowners by bringing the design and implementation of corporate-caliber landscaping to be enjoyed in the comfort of their own home.


We are looking for a dynamic sales and service-focused leader to manage our Corporate Solutions and our At Home Landscape Design Services.




  • Manage and further develop these two channels (1) Corporate Solutions/B2B (2) ‘At Home Landscape Design Services”.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales revenue and profit goals for these channels.
  • Work cross functionally with our garden centres, distribution and sales teams to ensure excellent guest service, quality, and communication levels are maintained.
  • Maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and competitive activities.



  • Minimum of 5 years sales and account management experience.
  • Highly competitive, enthusiastic, results oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write a channel strategy and lead its implementation.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and focus on employee development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of success in managing customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
  • This position is required to work occasional evenings and weekends and some overnight travel may be required.
  • Experience in the horticultural industry is an asset.
