Service Writer - North Battleford

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Writer to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in North Battleford, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible  for maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service department’s operation within the dealership.

Responsibilities

This individual’s responsibilities include:

• Performing administrative duties
• Fielding customer inquiries to the Service Department
• Administration of warranty claims
• Managing processes, documents and work orders related to customer requests and service department needs.

Requirements

This would be an ideal position if you have:

• Previous Service Writer experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions
• A positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• A minimum Grade 12 education
• Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset
• The ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
