ITECH - Intermediate Systems Integrator

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Systems Integration Architect, the System Integrator works closely with other Senior or System Integrators and Salesforce team to develop solutions and ensure delivery objectives are met using software development and application integration methods. The position is involved in the development of new APIs , enhancing the existing APIs , deploying them , create RPAs to integrate with different systems and supporting the deployed applications.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develops and deploys components in MuleSoft ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and interacts with systems such as UiPath and MFT GoAnywhere
• Develops web applications and RESTFUL services for enterprise applications.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, interpret, and analyze requirements to align business process efficiencies and improvements with system functionality, and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into the systems
• Prepares documentation for system enhancements and customization, provides training and leadership to super-users. Document system configuration and administrative processes
• Implements process improvements and automations to optimize operational and support processes including day to day collaboration with Business Consultants, Business Users, QA (Quality Assurance), and Managers to support business operations
• Develops and maintains the overall integration architecture.
• Support and Coach the Integration Team removing blockers, providing guidance and transmitting to the team the system architecture vision
• Develops and maintains software interfaces between internal systems of record and SaaS (Software as a Service) systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Office365, and MS Azure Apps

Qualifications & Experience

Degrees, Diplomas & Certifications

• The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Nice to have multiple MuleSoft certifications including Platform Architect and Integration Architect.

Years and Range of Experience Required to Perform the Job

• The position requires at least 2+ years of MuleSoft Development experience with web services.
• Experience in multiple software development lifecycle phases, including scope and proposal, analysis, design, and software construction is required.
• Experience developing complex systems including application, infrastructure, and database.
• Experience with AWS and Azure clouds as well as SQL Server.
• Experience in multiple software development lifecycle phases, including scope and proposal, analysis, design, and software construction.
• Experience with building RPA (UIPath is good to have).
