The Corus Radio Division has an exciting opportunity for the position of Program Manager responsible for our 2 radio stations in the Kingston market.  Reporting to the Regional Program Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:


Daily management of the Programming and Production Departments in Kingston: 96.3 BIG FM and 104.3 Fresh Radio.
Direct responsibility for ratings growth of the 2 FM radio stations 
Implementation of detailed strategic and operating plans 
Development and mentorship of direct reports and on-air talent
Collaborating with Regional Program Director to develop and implement broad strategic initiatives at both the market and station level 
Representation of Corus in the Kingston community 
Accountability of general administration and human resources issues


Direct experience in successfully leading and managing the Programming department and Operations at radio stations
Experience in coaching and directing on-air talent
A demonstrated understanding of the integration of radio and online as parts of a multi-platform brand
An understanding of organizational behaviour
