Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a background in property maintenance, boilers, and HVAC to join our team in Iqaluit. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of our properties, with a primary focus on property maintenance, boiler operation, and HVAC systems. This full-time role may require flexibility for scheduled on-call shifts to address maintenance urgencies promptly.

Key Responsibilities:.

• Perform routine and proactive maintenance, specializing in property maintenance, boiler operation, HVAC systems, and related tasks.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to manage maintenance requests efficiently, minimizing disruptions to tenants and residents.
• Utilize skills in property maintenance, boiler operation, and HVAC systems to execute repairs, alterations, and improvements across our properties.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and supply inventory for an organized workflow.
• Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive maintenance plans to optimize property functionality and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with residents, clients, and colleagues.
